I am delighted at the opportunity to have you as a valued client and strive to make the process as easy as possible: 

1) Schedule your FREE consultation. Call/text me at 910-308-0217 or fill out the request form to schedule your complimentary consultation or send an email. I will need the following information from you: Your address, your service needs and your schedule needs: the days of week, the two-hour time frame, start date of service.

2) Complete forms. Print and complete the forms below so I may develop a personalized pet care plan to meet your needs. They only need to be filled out once and are kept in a private locked file.

Select from the forms below based on the species of animal(s) you have, and complete a form for each animal (only once). Please note that you may complete a single form for multiple pets of the same species (for example, one Dog Information sheet for two different dogs), as long as most of the information applies to all of the animals, and any differences in the animals’ care routines are noted in detail.

3) Keys. Please have two (2) sets of tested keys. One is with me during the service provided and the other remains at my office in a locked file. *All keys are coded and cannot be traced back to personal information.

4) Payment. I currently accept checks. Please make all checks out to House & Hound. Payment must be received on or prior to the first date of service. 

5) During the consultation. Please plan for about 10-30 minutes, depending on how many pets and the level of detail for their care. This is where I become familiar with where you keep your pet's food, leashes, litter box, trash can and any other items I may need access to while caring for your pets. You will also have to opportunity to ask any questions you may have for me.
